General Returns
Not quite what you expected? An unwanted gift? Not to worry – drop us an email at hello@yadacollective.co.uk and let’s have a chat.
We’ll be glad to accept your return and process a refund provided the goods are returned within 14 days, or if you notify us with your intent to return within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure your order number is included within the returned parcel, otherwise our team may not be able to identify whom the order belonged to.
For health and safety reasons, the YADA team is unable to accept the return of goods if they show signs of use (e.g. resealed bottles, or noticeable wear to goods).
Your refund is subject to an inspection on the returned goods and liability lies with you to ensure the safe return of goods, however we’ll be sure to keep you posted at every step of the returns process.
Faulty goods
Sometimes, faulty goods can slip under the radar and find their way to your door. Rest assured that we’ll do our very best to ensure top quality beverages. However, if you do notice any problems, snap a few photos, and send them to our Customer Service team, hello@yadacollective.co.uk. Please send these over within 48hrs of receiving the products. We will make sure it’s raised with the relevant party, and set out to find a resolution to suit you!
Delivery Policy
Here at YADA, we aim to have your AF drinks picked, packed, and dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. It is our priority to ensure the prompt shipping of your order, however to keep our team nice and safe in these difficult times, there may be a delay. Fear not, however, as we’ll contact you as soon as the parcel leaves our doors.
Once shipped, we expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days, though this can vary.
We know that your goods are delicate, and we’ll do our best to securely pack them, but they may take a few knocks in transit to your door. If you do find any damage to the integrity of your drinks, please do notify us as soon as possible.
COVID-19 has caused quite the kerfuffle. Nevertheless, all orders are handled in a risk-free environment, and our team will be wearing PPE when putting the order together.
Please note that there may be some delays to the postal service on account of the current climate. If you find that your parcel hasn’t moved on its tracking page for a day or two, please do let us know so we may investigate.
