Pink Gin Fizz – £5.20

A classic G&T made with Fortitude Pink Gin and Fentimans rose lemonade – served in a balloon glass and garnished with fresh summer berries and a dash of shimmer powder.

Cosmopolitan – £5.60

A classic cocktail often referred to as “The Cosmo” that we make using a mix of Lyres White Cane Spirit, Lyres Orange Sec, cranberry juice, lime juice and sugar syrup – all mixed up with a lemon peel and served in the classic martini glass with a lemon twist to garnish. 

Espresso Martini – £5.60

A delicious pick me up for when you want to wind down late in the evening. Our recipe is made with iced espresso shots, Lyres Amaretti, maple syrup and egg whites (to give it a delicious smooth texture!) This is served in a classic martini glass and garnished with coffee beans.

English Garden – £5.30

Perfectly tart and sharp, our English Garden cocktail is a G&T made with Bax Verbena, freshly squeezed lemon juice and topped with Fentimans rhubarb tonic – served in a highball glass and garnished with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.

Tequila Sunrise – £5.60

The Tequila Sunrise is a classic 1970s cocktail consisting of Mockingbird tequila, orange juice, lime and grenadine – served unmixed to perfectly preserve the colour of each layer and garnished with a slice of lime.

Strawberry Gin Smash – £5.40

A perfect drink to welcome in the spring! Our recipe contains freshly muddled strawberries, Lyre’s Dry London gin and sugar syrup – topped off with Fentimans pink grapefruit tonic and garnished with a strawberry.

Classic Mojito – £5.20

Served and made in a highball glass, our take on the classic mojito cocktail features freshly muddled mint with brown sugar, lime juice and Lyres White Cane Spirit – topped off with soda water and garnished with a slice of lime.

Blueberry Smash – £5.40

Perfectly sweet and sharp, our blueberry smash contains freshly muddled blueberries and lime wedges, blueberry juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves and Mockingbird Tequila – Garnished with a slice of lime.

Lemon Drop – £5.50

A sweet lemon cocktail originally made in the 70s, our recipe uses Bax Verbena, Lyres Orange Sec, sugar syrup and a freshly squeezed lemon – all shaken up and served in a martini glass with a sugared rim. 

Cloudy Apple – £5.20

Great for a warm autumn night, this cocktail is made with apple juice, Lyres American Malt and freshly squeezed lemon – served ungarnished with ice.
